Have you just completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree and are you ready for your first real challenge? Do you want to work at an international organization where you can grow quickly? The GXO Traineeship is your springboard! You can start immediately, no later than September 1st, with the program officially launching in September 2026.
What will you do?
Together with other trainees, you'll embark on a two-year program with three six-month projects. For example, as a team leader on the shop floor, or in a specialized role like inventory control or engineering – you'll be given responsibility right away.
Learning & Development
You and your group will participate in approximately ten training courses: from LEAN to leadership, from Operational Excellence to personal coaching. You'll develop rapidly, together with your peers.
And after the traineeship?
